The Service consists exclusively of facilitating booking and payment. The execution of the Tour, its quality, safety, and logistics are the sole responsibility of the providing third-party operator. We are not the direct tour operator.

Accessing and using the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. To complete a booking, creating an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information may be required.

• The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

Bookings are made through our secure payment system. Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

3.1 Confirmation and Modifications

The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of our confirmation email. Any changes to the date or participants are subject to availability and the policies of the operator.

3.2 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are clearly specified on the detail page of each Tour at the time of booking. In general:

• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure: full refund.
• Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: no refund.

Any refunds will be credited within 14 working days to the original payment method.

We act as intermediaries. Our liability is limited to the accuracy of the information published on the site and the correct processing of the booking and payment.

• Exclusion of Liability: We are not responsible for damages, injuries, losses, delays, or inconveniences arising directly or indirectly from the Tour provided by the third-party operator, from force majeure events, or from user actions/omissions.
• User Obligations: The user is responsible for verifying they possess the necessary documents (e.g., passport, visa, health certificates) and for arriving at the meeting point at the scheduled time.
• Insurance: It is strongly recommended that users take out adequate travel insurance covering cancellations, injuries, and medical expenses.

All site content (texts, images, logos, graphics) is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
